Mayor Rahm Emanuel has proposed the nation’s first law to license ride-sharing companies. But Cab drivers say it doesn’t go far enough and are now suing the City of Chicago to force equal regulations. Joining us are Stephen Patton, Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago, Michael Shakman who is representing the taxi cab industry and WBEZ reporter, Odette Yousef.
