Gabriel Cesar, a doctoral student in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at ASU and recipient of the 2014 Martin Luther King Jr. Student Leadership Award, will talk about his work with foster children in the Free Arts of Arizona program. Arizona State University Art Museum curator Julio Cesar Morales and artist Eduardo Sarabia talk about the "Moctezuma's Revenge" exhibition.
