Ronald Naversen is a professional mask maker and scenic design professor at Southern Illinois University. He has always been fascinated with mask making, and enjoys exploring the cultural roots behind the art practice. He has received several awards for his work, including a Jeff Award for Outstanding Technical Performance for his work in the Vitalist Theater‘s production of “A Passage to India."
