On Sunday, the Army Corps of Engineers denied a crucial permit for construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline, which was set to snake half a mile south of the Standing Rock Sioux reservation. But is the victory for the tribe and its allies only temporary, considering President-elect Donald Trump has declared his support for the pipeline?
