Relentless bombing kills dozens in Aleppo

In rebel-held Aleppo, the violent fight against the Islamic State is escalating, with 50 people killed and another 150 injured on Tuesday. Though Secretary of State John Kerry has been pushing for a cease-fire in the city, administration officials suspect Russia wants to cement a victory before President-elect Donald Trump takes office.
