News Wrap: Campaign remarks fair game in Trump U. lawsuit

In our news wrap Thursday, President-elect Donald Trump still faces legal troubles over his now-defunct Trump University. A federal judge in San Diego refused to issue a blanket ban on using campaign statements as evidence in the civil lawsuit, which goes to trial Nov. 28. Also, on Tuesday night, anti-Trump protests erupted in at least 10 cities across the country.
