300,000 could be trapped as Syrian forces encircle Aleppo

As Syrian government forces close in on Aleppo, U.N. officials warn that 300,000 people might become trapped in the remains of Syria’s largest city, while tens of thousands of refugees try to flee towards the Turkish border. Russian airstrikes, bolstering the campaign, have drawn harsh criticism for targeting civilians, and could jeopardize peace talks in Geneva. William Brangham reports.
