Clip | 3m 9s

In 2005, the remains of more than a dozen 18th Century African slaves were found buried at the former Capital Region estate of the Schuyler Family known as Schuyler Flatts. Students from All Saints Catholic Academy visited the New York State Museum to learn about the remains to inform them as they help to build burial containers for New York State’s Colonial Africans.
