Steineke Describes Civil Service System Overhaul Bill

The bill would affect Wisconsin's close to 30,000 state government workers. Steineke said the changes would modernize the way civil servants are hired to and fired from civil service positions, so Wisconsin could select the most highly-qualified workers.
