San Antonio journalists Tami Kegley and Page Graham visit the 12th Havana Biennial, an international art exhibition in Cuba. The visit inspired their first photo exhibit, “Under Construction: Havana 2015.” The exhibit, part of San Antonio’s month-long Fotoseptiembre USA festival, is a photographic look at the many changes currently underway in Havana.
