At historic summit, eyes on U.S. and Cuba to mend relations

For the first time, Cuba will attend the Summit of the Americas, a direct result of thawing relations with the United States. But troubles between the U.S. and Venezuela are also in the spotlight, in the wake of an executive order sanctioning Venezuelan officials for alleged human rights abuses. Chief foreign affairs correspondent Margaret Warner reports.
