Parents push for new rules in youth soccer

Increased scrutiny over youth soccer, which has become one of the leading causes of concussions for kids in the U.S., has prompted some parents -- including a prominent neurosurgeon and World Cup champion Brandi Chastain -- to petition to take headers out of the game for kids.
