New District Attorney Nico LaHood has convinced a unanimous Commissioners Court to give him $1.4 million to hire 13 more staff attorneys and announced he is considering a policy change that would make life a little easier for marijuana smokers and others charged with low-level crimes. This week, LaHood joins Rick Casey to discuss plans.
