Are Narendra Modi's plans a path out of poverty?

India Prime Minister Narendra Modi has amassed many supporters in the country who praise his economic vision by creating jobs and improving the country's infrastructure. But staunch critics argue many states, whose residents live below the country's poverty line, are still lacking in education and health care, and that his election has emboldened Hindu extremists.
