Veteran's Treatment Court

Clip | 5m 4s  | Video has closed captioning.

A year ago, Harnett County opened the very first Veteran's Treatment Court in North Carolina. Under the program, if a veteran has been charged with a crime, they can be assigned to a special court that is designed to give them support rather than punishment. Producer Carol Jackson has this profile of one of the first graduates of the system, Tommy Rieman, who graduated a few weeks ago.
