In 2013, Louisiana’s graduation rate reached an all-time high of nearly 74%, but there still is a lot of work to do. Four parishes have dropout rates below 60 percent and twenty parishes saw an increase in their dropout numbers last year. So, how is Louisiana addressing its dropout problem?
