What the shrinking U.S. deficit says about stability

On the same day, the Obama administration announced the national deficit has declined to its lowest level since 2007. Gwen Ifill talks to Treasury Secretary Jack Lew and Budget Director Shaun Donovan about signs of a stabilizing economy, as well as why Americans are skeptical of the improvement.
