DEC Commissioner Joe Martens joins us atop Sleeping Beauty Mountain in the Adirondack Park as we learn the story of the Wilderness Act and its connection to the North Country. We also meet Vietnam veteran, Brother Yusuf Burgess, who used the 'Great Outdoors' to fight back against his PTSD symptoms and now introduces inner-city kids to the splendor of Mother Nature.
