In less than a month the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts opens its doors with 10 local resident performing art organizations. This week we continue with SOLI Chamber Ensemble and the Youth Orchestra of San Antonio. We also hear from local Arts writer Tami Kegley, who highlights some of her favorite national tours set to play at the Tobin Center.
