When you think of spray paint in the hands of a teenager, chances are your mind turns to thoughts of graffiti. But artist Carlos "Niko" Flores says spray paint is getting a bad rap. He's using the sealed pressurized containers that release a fine spray mist to create masterpieces. Also, Tami Kegley of the Rivard Report talks about summer art events for kids.
