Tentative deal for Eastern Ukraine follows night of violence

Three pro-Russian protesters were killed in a clash overnight with Ukrainian troops in the east. Lindsey Hilsum from Independent Television News reports from Donetsk. After negotiations in Geneva, Secretary of State John Kerry and his counterparts from Ukraine, Russia and the E.U. announced a plan to diffuse the standoff in Ukraine. Chief foreign affairs correspondent Margaret Warner has details.
