San Antonio U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia has ruled that Texas’ ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional, and Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott filed an appeal. The lawsuit was brought by two Plano men who want to get married, and two Austin women who want Texas to recognize their out-of-state marriage. Plaintiffs Mark Phariss and Victor Holmes discuss their case.
