Phillips Petroleum founder Frank Phillips needed a place to entertain colleagues and friends. He kept coming back to his beloved home of Bartlesville. That’s where he finally decided to create a western wonderland to woo the world. He called it Woolaroc, his legacy and an effort to revive it is what has become known as The Magic of Woolaroc.
