For one week in January, the National Cathedral removed all the thousands of chairs normally in the cathedral's nave and hosted a series of free concerts where attendees were able to listen to the music while standing, sitting, or roaming through the emptiness. Watch excerpts from the January 15 concert "The Spirit in Flight" and our interview with the choir's director of music, Michael McCarthy.
