Putin announces amnesty for Khodorkovsky, Pussy Riot

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a four-hour long press conference, but he waited until it ended to share the biggest news. Putin announced he would pardon jailed oil tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky, and offer amnesty to two members of the punk rock band Pussy Riot and 30 members of a Greenpeace ship. Judy Woodruff reports.
