TTC Extra: China's One-Child Policy

Clip: 11/15/2013 | 4m

In 1979 China instituted its first one-child policy to slow population growth. Despite the country still leading the world in population size, the policy has been amended to allow some couples a second child. Contrary to the former law, now only one parent needs to be an only-child to legally have a second child. Panelists: Megan Beyer, Genevieve Wood, Patricia Sosa, Mercedes Viana Schlapp
