VIA Metro Transit staff planners have selected what they say is the best streetcar route to recommend to the VIA board. The plan is the longest and most expensive of eight proposals. And while VIA has most of the money to build it a lot more is needed. Rick Casey is joined by two Express News journalists who have been following the twists and turns of San Antonio's proposed streetcar system.
