Near-record rainfall has hit Arizona because of Tropical Storm Lorena. ASU climatologist Randy Cerveny will discuss the rainfall and the storm. Dr. Richard Strand, a Phoenix doctor, will talk about the issue of medical marijuana for children. Researchers at ASU and the U of A a are working on a study to understand farmers’ perspectives on water management and how water policies affect operations.
