Assemblyman Albert Coutinho (D-29) is "mildly disappointed" that Gov. Christie conditionally vetoed the Economic Opportunity Act, but still believes the legislation will help the unemployment rate in the state. After having a heart attack in June at age 44, Coutinho says he will be taking care of himself and his family after his term ends in January.
