The Assembly Judiciary Committee held a hearing on three drunken driving bills Thursday, two weeks after a hearing on the three other bills in the package. The overall set of bills includes proposals like mandatory minimums for homicides while driving drunk and making the first offense criminal for those above a .15 BAC.
