TEXAS WEEK

July 12, 2013 | Perry, Politics and Abortion

  • Aired: 07/12/2013
  • 26:46
  • Rating: NR
Rick Perry says he will not run again for Governor but has made no mention of another presidential run. The move is already causing a major political shake up in the Republican Party. Texas Republicans will manage to pass legislation that would impose tough new restrictions on abortions. The Democrats believe this may give State Senator Wendy Davis of Fort Worth a shot at succeeding Perry.
