Every summer, while the stars of the Tour de France pedal around Europe, a less famous band of cyclists crosses the plains and mountain passes of Wyoming. No doping scandals here: just 300 or so stalwarts soaking up the scenery and soaking their jerseys over 300-plus miles of bicycling. On the 10th anniversary of the Tour de Wyoming, Wyoming PBS gets taken for a ride.
