There is fear and terror in the immigrant community when it comes to reporting sexual assault. Case in point, California farmworker Maricruz Ladino. She says she was apprehensive about revealing to her employer that she had been assaulted at work. Ladino didn't want to lose her job, but that is precisely what happened shortly after going to her bosses with the complaint.
