News Wrap: Senate Votes to Begin Immigration Reform Debate

In other news Tuesday, the Senate passed a key procedural vote on the immigration reform bill. The bill cleared more than the 60 votes needed to begin formal debate on the measure. Also, Russia's lower house of Parliament passed a bill that bans gay "propaganda," directly prohibiting discussing homosexuality with children.
