The Bisbee City Council has approved an ordinance allowing same-sex civil unions in the southeastern Arizona city. Horne and attorney Tim Nelson will discuss the legality of the ordinance. Senate Minority Leader Leah Landrum Taylor and House Minority Leader Chad Campbell will discuss the legislative session from the perspective of the Democratic Party, which is in the minority at the state house.
