Four days after Cambridge Police launched an automated Twitter initiative, the program was put to the test when dispatchers received a report of a gunman at MIT. The report was a hoax, but the system worked - alerting the public to the potential threat. Commissioner Robert Haas joins us to discuss the initiative and the investigation.
