It looks like a Panera Bread. It smells like a Panera Bread. But it's not a Panera Bread. Panera Cares allows customers to "pay what they can" for a meal – from nothing to above retail price. The nation's fifth charitable café opened last month in Downtown Crossing. We'll be joined by Panera CEO Ron Shaich to discuss the unusual non-profit initiative.
