Cuomo's 2013 Budget Address

'Simple and straightforward' is what Gov. Andrew Cuomo calls his $142 billion dollar state budget which eliminates the $1.3 billion budget gap. The 2013-14 budget focuses on upstate economic development and includes federal disaster relief aid for victims of Superstorm Sandy and Tropical Storms Irene and Lee. No new taxes are introduced and minimum wage will be increased to $8.75.
