The final weeks of Ayad Akhtar’s new play “Disgraced,” which follows the story of a Pakistani-American lawyer distancing himself from his roots and his wife, a white artist influenced by Islamic paintings. When the couple hosts a party, what begins as a friendly conversation escalates into something damaging. “Disgraced” has been extended through December 23 at the Claire Tow Theater.
