Louisiana’s School Choice Act is challenged in two separate courtrooms this week—first, as part of a federal desegregation case, then in state court on its constitutionality. There are a few runoff elections remaining in the state on December 8th, including the race for a seat on the Louisiana Supreme Court. This Sunday marks the annual “Rural Life Christmas” at LSU’s Rural Life Museum.
