NY 21ST DEBATE: All 3 of the candidates running for Congress in Northern New York's 21st Congressional District meet in their first debate of the campaign. It was held on September 25th at Queensbury High School in Queensbury, NY and hosted by the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce. Incumbent Democrat Bill Owens, Republican Candidate Matt Doheny, and Green Party Candidate Donald Hassig.
