We visited Arlington Temple United Methodist Church in northern Virginia, where visitors can go to begin each day with communal meditation. It is organized by local resident Alex Yuan and Arlington Temple's pastor Cathy Abbott. We asked them about how Buddhism and the practice of meditation can complement Christianity, Judaism, and other faiths.
