The Supreme Court has ruled that the affordable health care law is constitutional. Healthcare providers are preparing for the next step and are evaluating the impact of the new law. The biggest impact in Texas is expected to be the expansion of Medicaid eligibility. Meanwhile the National Federation of Independent Business has vowed to fight in Congress for a full repeal of the law.
