News Wrap: GlaxoSmithKline to Pay $3 Billion in Settlement

In other news Monday, drug company GlaxoSmithKline accepted a settlement to plead guilty to charges it promoted drugs for unapproved purposes, and pay $3 billion in penalties. Also, Apple has paid $60 million to settle a dispute in China over who owns the iPad name.
