AMERICA REVEALED

Corn

  • Aired: 03/15/2012
  • Rating: NR
You may not know it, but corn is a regular ingredient in many of the foods we eat. Corn appears in many different forms, such as corn starch, corn syrup, corn flour and corn oil. Of the 37 ingredients that make up a simple chicken nugget, 30 of them have come from corn. It is no surprise perhaps then, that the average American eats around 100 pounds of corn products every year.
