General contractor Tom Silva and mason Mark McCullough carefully open a hole in the old foundation. Window restoration specialist Alison Hardy removes the historic sashes for rehab. Plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey visits the local library to see the oldest existing flag in the country, The Bedford Flag. Tom finds and repairs a rotted sill. Tom forms the new foundation out of ICFs.
