Operators of the TX Highway Patrol Museum in San Antonio say they represent Texas Highway Patrol Officers, many are their members. A San Antonio Express News investigation into their fundraising shows they raised $12 million from 2004-2009. Where did the money go? Did it pay for emergency relief for the families left behind or did it pay for the salaries and benefits of the telemarketers?
