100,000 in Pa., N.Y. Forced to Evacuate as Floodwaters Rise

Emergency officials ordered 100,000 residents to move away from rising rivers in Pennsylvania and New York on Thursday, after downpours turned even peaceful waterways into potentially dangerous torrents. Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Mayor Thomas Leighton told Jeffrey Brown "we won't relax until people are back in their homes."
