Some studies suggest that in less than 40 years 83 percent of Texans will not have an adequate supply of water in times of drought. As we make our way through the worst one year drought in our states history San Antonio is reaching out to the other side of the planet for some ideas on how to continue providing a source of water for its citizens in 2050 and beyond.
