Today, On NJTODAY, New Jersey was shaken by a strong earthquake centered in Richmond, Virginia around two this afternoon and the Boonton murder suspects were charged with murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses. Also, the new Meadowlands stadium gets ready for a new season and a new name. Plus, on NJ Up Close, the port authority toll hikes and the rebuilding of ground zero.
